    Pay policy for Uninsured patients

    Office visit - $110
    Includes: Urine test.
    Does not include: IV fluids, X-rays, splints, labs, strep test, and/or medications.

    Injury visit - $185
    Lacerations (excludes tendon repair), incision and drain, ingrown toenail, minor surgical procedure, eye foreign body, Tetanus vaccine. Orthopedic splints and supplies will be billed as an additional charge.

    Follow up visit - $75
    Includes follow up of same problem within 7 days for failure to improve or instructed by provider to return, follow up of fracture care, cast application or removal, abscess and cellulitis, laceration repair needing antibiotics..
